Chapter 13:
The video ended and Jess and Mackie were playing Go Fish.
"Taylor, do you want to play?" Jessica asked him.
"Sorry squirt I got stuff to do, ask Ave if she wants to play with you guys" Taylor suggested.
Taylor headed upstairs into the kitchen where his mom was standing next to the sink staring out the kitchen window.
"Mom, you ok?" Tay asked.
"Sure honey, I am just fine I was just thinking about how everything changes" Diana said as she drifted back into deep thought.
"Taylor, can you go outside and tell Zac dinner is in 10 minutes" Walker asked Taylor.
"Sure dad" Taylor responded.
Putting on his jacket Taylor headed outside to the workshop where Zac was painting.
"Zac" Taylor shouted as he opened the door.
"Zac, dad said dinner is in 10 minutes he wants you to wash up" Tay told Zac.
Pulling into the driveway Kat told everyone inside the car that she wanted to tell the Hanson's herself about what is going on.
"You sure you feel up to that Kat?" Sarah questioned her.
"Yes mom I can do it" Kat replied.
Ike just smiled and helped her out of the car.
Taylor met them in the driveway.
"Hey there Kit Kat" Tay said with a smile.
Hugging him Kat's eyes began to tear up.
Ike noticed her tears and told everyone to go on inside they would be in a second.
"You know you don't have to be the brave one all the time" Ike said.
"I know, I can do this Ike I can" Kat told him.
"Ok I will be by your side every step of the way" Ike gave Kat a little tap on the shoulder.
Chapter 14:
Taylor was looking out the window hoping he could talk to Ike alone for a second before they sat down for dinner.
Ike and Kat came in the house and Taylor pulled Ike off to the side.
"Ike can I talk to you?" Taylor asked.
"Kat go on in I'll be right there" Ike said.
Ike followed Taylor up the stairs to their bedroom.
Zac was sitting on his bed.
"What is this little meeting all about?" Ike questioned his brothers.
"Everyone has been so hush..hush..about what is going on with Kat and Zac and I just want to know, well Ike is she pregnant?" Taylor said with a worried look on his face.
Ike couldn't help but laugh at his brother's question.
"Ike I don't think that is funny" Zac said.
"Kat will explain what is going tonight a dinner, and guys please give her your support" Ike said in a serious voice.
Zac and Tay just looked at one another now even more confused.
"You boys want to join us for dinner" Walker yelled up to Ike, Tay and Zac.
"Coming dad" they yelled as they headed down the steps.
Trying to lighten the load off Kat Ike whispered to Kat what Tay and Zac asked him upstairs.
Kat nearly fell out of her chair with laughter.
Taylor's face turned a pretty shade of pink while Zac just shrugged his shoulders.
This might be harder than Kat thought as she looked around the table at the faces of the people she cared the most about.
It was so quiet at the Hanson dinner table, this was far from normal, thought Taylor.
"Excuse me can I have a drink of water" asked Kat.
Walker, Jack, and Ike jumped up all at once to get the water.
"Sorry" they all looked at Kat.
"You guys sit down I will get it" Diana said.
